Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges on USED items (silicone molds). If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. If it is determined that there is a defect in the UNUSED product (Silicone molds) and not purchasers error, the purchaser will ship product back to me. When the product is received I will inspect it. If the error is on buyers part, a refund will NOT be issued. If error is on my part, a mold replacement can be issued or a refund back to original payment, LESS shipping will be made.Refund requests due to confusion, or failing to read and understanding the details of the mold (item description page) will not be honored.
Silicone molds are made to order. Once poured and shipped out, mold can no longer be sold for full price if returned, therefore only maker (me) error type returns will be honored, if and only if the error was on my part (less shipping charges).
Missing packages: if package shows that it was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office to file a claim. I do not refund packages that are shown delivered to the address on file. There is a risk when using the USPS and refunds will not be given in packages that show delivered.
